Animal Box Office: Sandeep Reddy Vanga makes his debut in the Rs. 400 Crores Club :Bollywood Box Office

Filmmaker Sandeep Reddy Vanga made his film debut with the Telugu movie Arjun Reddy in 2017. Starring Vijay Deverakonda and Shalini Pandey in lead roles, the movie became a success at the box office. The filmmaker then remade the film in Hindi as Kabir Singh with Shahid Kapoor and Kiara Advani. It became a surprise blockbuster of 2019 as it went onto earn a mammoth number of almost Rs. 280 crores.

There were expectations from Vanga’s next Hindi film in the form of Animal because of its cast of Ranbir Kapoor, Anil Kapoor, Rashmika Mandanna and Bobby Deol and the response to the trailer. But the movie has exceeded expectations and how! Animal has earned a mammoth Rs. 434.02 crores and that too in a span of just 10 days. Hence, Vanga has now made his debut in the Rs. 400 Crores Club.

But that’s not all. Animal is still going very strong at the box office and the trade experts are of the view that it will be zooming into the Rs. 500 Crores Club soon. So far in 2023, three films have gone past that number – Pathaan, Gadar 2 and Jawan.
