Zara Hatke Zara Bachke is continuing to have good momentum going in its favour, what with collections staying over Rs. 3 crores mark on the sixth day as well. While the film was expected to start in Rs. 2-3 crores range on Friday, it has been actually over performing ever since, as evident from the kind of hold that it’s demonstrating even on the weekdays.

The film has collected Rs. 3.87 crores on Tuesday and even on Wednesday; it didn’t see much of a drop, what with Rs. 3.51 crores more coming in. That’s impressive indeed for this mid-budget film that’s already in the profit zone and now it’s a matter of getting to a point where it would get the status of a clean hit, something that will happen after the second week is through. So far, the film has collected Rs. 34.11 crores and now it’s just a matter of time before it hits a half century.

Meanwhile, The Kerala Story is still finding footfalls and the ticket rates too have been reduced to Rs. 99. In a way, things are balanced out because while the footfalls may have increased a bit, the ticket rates have come down to almost half. Though collections have gone below the Rs. 1 crore mark for the first role ever from Monday onwards, they are still staying in that Rs. 0.50-0.75 crores range, something that has resulted in the overall score currently standing at 238.25 crores*.
